　　一、Title and Author

　　二、Summary

　　简单介绍了书名和作者之后，接下来我们需要对这本书的内容做简要介绍，让书评的读者了解这本书的梗概。这要求学生熟练掌握和使用"总结"这种阅读策略。

　　不同类型图书的总结方法也不相同，Fiction类图书和Nonfiction类图书书评中的总结方法各异，我们可以使用下面的几种方法来写作书评中的总结段落。

　　Ficiton类图书：对于Fiction类图书，我们可以使用 Story Map 对文本内容进行总结。我们可以记录这些故事元素：Setting; Beginning, Middle, End (or Problem & Resolution); Main Characters 并从中获取关键信息，整理成一个完整简洁的句子作为对图书内容的总结。

　　以 Goldilocks and the Three Bears 这本书为例，我们可以根据故事元素来做这样的总结：A blond girl entered a house in the woods where she broke furniture, ate cereal, and took a nap. When the bear homeowners returned, the little girl ran away.

　　除此以外，我们还可以使用 "Somebody - Wanted - But - So - Then" 这种方式来总结Fiction类图书。例如：The aliens wanted underpants but the mom came outside to get the laundry so they zoomed back to space.

　　Nonfiction类图书：对于Nonfiction类图书，我们可以使用 graphic organizer 或思维导图来整理和组织重要信息，并根据这些信息来进行总结。例如：Each strata of the rainforest is home to diverse animals, from the upper canopy to the lower forest floor.

　　"Somebody - Wanted - But - So - Then" 方法也适用于非虚构类图书，我们可以对关键词进行简单修改 "Something - Happened - And - Then" 以适应Nonfiction类图书。例如：The hurricane destroyed the small village and made it difficult for residents to get clean water and shelter.

　　在对图书内容进行简单介绍之后，我们需要在读书报告或书评中写下自己对这本书的看法，可以是对图书的简单评价 (Do you like the book? Why?)，或者是对图书主题、背景、写作风格等更深刻内容的分析 (What is the book's theme?)。

　　★ Could you relate to something in the character's life?

　　★ Did the book teach you anything?

　　★ What made the book difficult or interesting?

　　★ What surprised you and why?

　　★ What do you know now that you didn't know before?

　　★ What motivated the main character?

　　★ How did the main character change throughout the story?

　　★ Talk about author's craft. What about the writing was notable?

　　★ What was the symbolism in the book?

　　★ What wisdom did older characters impart to younger ones?

　　四、Examples from the Text

　　在前面的分析段落中阐述了观点之后，我们还需要阐明自己为什么这样认为。在这个段落中，我们可以引用书中的内容来支撑我们的观点，或者用我们自己的语言来解释支持观点的理由。

　　需要注意的是，如果直接引用书中的内容，我们需要在引用部分加上引号，并标注引文的出处页码，例如："But wherever these friends of mine are — that's my home." (p.480)

　　五、Conclusion
